We Love Horses. We Love Our Community. We Love Our Veterans.
At Hardaway Veterinary Hospital we have been an integral part of our community for more than twenty years. We have watched our community grow exponentially, bringing with it new families, new business, and new opportunities! And through it all, we remain consistent in our resolve to serve our community with the highest level of integrity, commitment, and appreciation, never compromising the personal relationships that are uniquely built in a small town environment.
So we asked ourselves, “What can we do to show our love and appreciation to our local community?” We wanted a way to bring our community partners and constituents together for a common purpose. And, that is when the answer unfolded. As veterinarians, we serve a large community of horse owners all across the Gallatin Valley. While the horse community we serve is vast and diverse, it is unified in a common love for the horse.
And just like that “For the Love of Horses” was born.
Our first annual “For the Love of Horses” event will take place on August 22nd, 2019. It’s an opportunity for our community of horse lovers, across all factions to gather in one location to:
We understand that finding and delivering the best nutrition to your horse is important to you and to the longevity and vitality of your horse’s performance and life. We will discuss the ideal nutritional diet for your horse. You will also learn how to recognize digestive issues before they affect your horse’s wellbeing. You’ll have an exciting opportunity to watch a live demonstration of how we can diagnosis ulcers in horses using our endoscope.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to our local non-profit, Heroes and Horses! Heroes and Horses help combat veterans overcome the devastating effects of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) through an innovative, comprehensive, and effective process that uses the wilderness, and the special connection between horses and humans. We are grateful to have Heroes and Horses helping our veterans, and we are excited to be supporting their mission with our first “For the Love of Horses” event.
We want to celebrate you, our community, our partners, and our families with live music, a bounce house for the kids, snow-cones, food, and lots of fun! There will also be some pretty awesome giveaways, games, and raffles!!!
As a business that has been fortunate to be a part of this community for over twenty years, it is vital to us at Hardaway Veterinary Hospital to support our community. Our vendors and local businesses work tirelessly to bring us high quality, top of the line products and services that ultimately extend and enhance the lives of our horses. So we think it’s important to give them a seat at the table. Come meet them, ask questions and build relationships!
