Surgery is available on both a hospitalized or out-patient basis depending on the surgery performed, the home environment of the pet, and the capability of the owner to manage the pets immediate post-operative needs.
Before sedation or general anesthesia, each patient receives a thorough physical examination to identify any potential medical conditions that might endanger your pet’s health. Because not all problems can be detected on examination, we strongly recommend pre-anesthetic bloodwork.
Your pets health, safety, and comfort are of utmost importance to us. Our team of caring professional technicians and assistants will monitor your pet before, during, and after surgery and will take exceptional care to ensure a safe and complete recovery. After surgery, our veterinary team will discuss the outcome and outline any follow-up procedures with you.
